Can you convert a portable dishwasher to a built-in or would I have to buy a convertible dishwasher?

I'm unable to put a built-in dishwasher in my kitchen at this time so I'm looking for a portable one. I've found portable and convertible dishwashers and I'm not sure what the difference is. Wouldn't I be able to turn a portable one into a built-in just as easily as a convertible?

1. Well you wouldn't be able to make it fit right,And if the hoses on it are crimped on , you will have trouble to. Best to buy a built in one.bye

That is not to say that you can't convert a portable to built in (I have done it) but it will not be as easy as one that is designed to be convertible.
