How do you break a dishwasher?
I want to break my dishwasher without making it look abused. We live in an apartment complex and they will not give us a new dishwasher. It's like 10 years old and sucks electricity!!!! If it is broken they will replace it with a new one soooo yea...

- Throw a bunch of uncooked elbow noodles in it!
- Well, you could go over their heads and buy a new one yourself. Otherwise I don't know what to tell you, I don't think you can break one intentionally without making it look intentional.
- They will know it was intentional. I work on rental and I know when a appliance is abused.
- You could try to turn the water off to the dishwasher then run it a few times. I imagine running it without water would ruin the motor.
- it's actually almost impossible for you to break a dishwasher intentionally and have it look like it was a wear-and-tear damage. Also, if you do go and find some small way to damage it, odds are it will be found much more cost-effective to replace just that broken piece, so you'll still end up with the same old dishwasher.
